Tell us a little about yourself:

What’s is your current sporting status?
I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Force Submission. I am currently a purple belt under Darren Jones. I have been training since 2017 after starting Muay Thai.
What’s your biggest sporting accolade?
Probably not your usual accolade but my first ever gold medal! Being able to juggle coaching, training and being a mum is also very rewarding.
What sports supplements products do you currently use and why?
AAALLLLLLLLL the vitamins, creatine, protein powder. Recovery and health are incredibly important in sports and should never be neglected!
What are your goals for the future?
More competitions, more shows, more female open mats!
Who is your sporting hero?
Oo this is a tough one. UK based I’m obsessed with Melissa hill, Hayley carter and Danielle thighe. I’ve been very lucky to train with all of them and have learned so so much from all 3 of them.
